Both the Punjabi movies are doing terrific business in Indian as well as Overseas market. If one flick is giving a roller coaster fun ride to Punjabi movies viewers and fans then on the other hand other film is full of boundless emotions, Ardaas to Almighty and ever growing social issues.

On its opening day, Love Punjab ruled the box-office with collection of approx Rs 93 Lakhs from Indian screens and approx Rs 82 Lakhs from Overseas screens which makes a total of Rs 1.79 crore Worldwide.

As tweeted by trade analyst ‘Taran Adarsh’ Love Punjab film broke opening weekend box-office collection record of Akshay Kumar starer Bollywood flick “Airlift” (the highest opener of 2016) in Australia and New Zealand.

Love Punjab with its hilarious comedy and star cast of blockbuster hit ‘Angrej’ is winning many hearts on big screens.

Ardaas managed to collect approx Rs 73 Lakhs from Indian screens and approx Rs 1.28 crores from Overseas market making a total of Rs 2.01 crores Worldwide. In countries like Canada and Australia, the film is doing exceptionally well business.

We are expecting both the flicks to collect in the bracket of Rs 7-10 crores in their 1st weekend from Worldwide.

The numbers given here are yet to verify officially by film makers, distributors, producers or trade analysts. The Pollywood industry has come out with flying colors in recent time. The budding and young talents are making this industry flourish.
