Saala Khadoos aka Irudhi Suttru Audience Response, Review & Rating

Its story revolves around the life of a boxing coach “Adi Tomar” (played by R. Madhavan) and had a dream to win the boxing gold for India. The circumstances turns Adi’s life to a cynical self-destruction of booze, brothels and bar-fights.

An opportunity turns Adi to coach of a low rated Indian women’s boxing team. But fate has some other plans for him and he met a free-spirited and fiery young woman “Madhi”. And their journey of a beautiful friendship along with an impossible dream begins.

Its lead actress Ritika Singh is a real life boxer who turned actor for Saala Khadoos. Though this is her debut performance but she delivered an amazing performance.

The actor Madhavan has completely transformed himself to play the role of a Khadoos coach. He perfectly fits into the character and everyone is applauding his power-packed performance.

R. Madhavan has always proved his worth to the film industry with varied and unique kind of characters. The viewers liked him as an innocent and shy guy in “Tanu Weds Manu” and its sequel and we are sure this time too the audience will love the actor.

The film has taken Indian boxing to another level with very nice narration and execution of the story by director Sudha Kongara Prasad. There is no lame time throughout its run time. Overall Saala Khadoos is a mass entertainer with no non-sense drama.

Several B-town celebs attended special screening of the film and also tweeted their reactions and reviews about the film. Read some of them here.
